My Google Nest Iq indoor is dead, I’ve tried to factory reset but the lamp doesn’t chime,just dead

This camera has been working before, all of a sudden it got offline. I’ve tried simple reset by unplugging it. I have also tried factory reset, doesn’t work either. What’s the next step?

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. Having a non-working device is always inconvenient! Sorry to hear you are having these problems. I have some questions for you:
  • Do you see any physical damage to the camera?
  • Has there been any changes to the power source it is plugged into?
  • Does the camera show any sign of lights?
