My original Nest Hello Doorbell had the peeling problem and was replaced under warranty in the UK. The replacement now has exactly the same problem, but is now out of warranty.
Has anyone had any luck in getting an out of ward Hello replaced as this seems to be a problem inherent to the product?

Google Nest seems to tell most of us that it "cannot" replace peeling Nest Hello doorbells that are past the 1-year warranty. We bought a silicone "skin" to cover the sharp shards on our 2-year-old peeling Nest Hello.
But this customer says they were able to get a replacement because they were "just inside the 2 year warranty period":

You could try contacting Google Nest Support to see if they'll replace yours again:
