Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I am sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. You can unplug the camera from the back of it, and it would be plugged into whatever power source you have, like an outlet. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
