My camera stuck in downloading updates. I've done everything what was suggested here- still nothing. 

Contacted google support Australia and they said in 5 min. someone will call me- waiting alreadt 1 hour.( I am not tech savy, but this problem I have is already 4 weeks

 

Google?? Help- what's up with your support team

  1. Ensure that your camera is connected to a stable and reliable internet connection. Unstable or slow internet speeds can sometimes interfere with the update process. You can try rebooting your router or connecting the camera to a different Wi-Fi network to see if it makes a difference.
  2. Disconnect the power source from the camera, wait for a few seconds, and then reconnect it. This power cycle can sometimes help clear any temporary issues and initiate the update process again.
  3. If you haven't already, try performing a factory reset on your camera. This will revert it back to its default settings, including any software updates. Keep in mind that a factory reset will erase all your camera's settings and configurations, so you'll need to set it up again from scratch.
  4. If you've been attempting the update using a specific device (e.g., smartphone or tablet), try using a different device to initiate the update.

I’ve successfully installed one camera but the others are stuck on the update. I’ve restarted, did factory reset, reset more than 4 times and still not working! Any other suggestions???

Go to the store wneh you bought it- and ask for the replacement if it's still on guarantee

Is there no way to fix it? If not, I just bought it last week so yes, it’s under warranty. Thanks

I've tried all the suggestions from Google and it didn't work. 

I also need desperately my camera ro work as I am doing short term rental.

Unfortunately,  please believe me- I've paid $ 250Aud for the it service and they said- camera won't download updates on you new Samsung s24
