My doorbell camera won’t reset solid blue light

have new wifi net work 

restarted my nest camera fine

anf al my devices at home but my doorbell I had to remove it and add product now it says I need to factory reset I press button and put pin on back simultaneously but won’t reset it stays with a solid blue light and that’s it
