NEST CAMERA VIDEO NOT WORKING.

THERE IS A GREEN LIGHT ON THE CAMERA BUT ALL I GET WHEN I LOG IN USING GOOGLE IS FIRSTLY A DIAGRAM OF THE HOUSE WITH THE CIRCLE GOING ROUND THEN IT PROGRESSES TO A DIAGRAM OF A HOUSE WITH HOME UNDERNEATH AND MY HOUSE NAME AND UNDER THAT A PLUS SIGN + SAYING ADD PRODUCT, BUT BEHIND THIS IS A WHOLE BUNCH OF CLOUDS MOVING.  I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WHEN I USED TO LOG IN WITH THE NEST APP BUT IT APPEARS TO BE HAPPENING WITH GOOGLE. I HAVE ALREADY AGREED TO GOOGLE TAKING THE NEW PAYMENT OF £60 PER YEAR. 

SO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM AND CAN ANYONE OUT THERE HELP ME PLEASE?

Thanks for reaching out. Do you have other Nest devices connected in the app? Check if you have multiple home structures. Try to switch between homes to see if your Nest Camera is connected to a different one. Also, could you please take a screenshot of what you're seeing in the app, and share it with us? 

You can click this link then scroll down to your response and hit reply. Check for the camera icon or click the three horizontal dots to expand the toolbar. From there, you'll be able to reply and share a photo.
