NEST camera x2 - no Video screen

Showing duplicate for 2 cameras - there is no video for either on.  Was working fine about a week ago.  

Tried to reset, unplugged for 10 seconds- 

migrated from Nest to Google log-in.

the issue has not been addressed and i have no cameras showing video at all.  no history.  

Very frustrated, please help!
