Near Doorbell not notifying of person at door

Since Monday my nest camera is not notifying of any person at the door. Live feed is working and notified if the doorbell is rang but not been notified of a person at the door. In the filter you can select sound but not person. It seems to have disappeared?

Have you by any chance "transferred" your 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbell to the beta "Public Preview" version of the Google Home app? (I'm asking because your post lists the Google Home app even though you have a Nest Hello doorbell, which is installed in the Google Nest app.)

If you are, maybe this is a bug in the beta "Public Preview" version of the Google Home app. We're not on the "Public Preview" version, but you're supposed to be able to transfer your 1st gen doorbell BACK to the Google Nest app.

Or you could try contacting Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

If you go to Settings | Notifications for your doorbell in the in the Google Nest app, and select any of your zones, is "People" selected as an activity type?

Have this done. Only getting sound notifications not people.
