Neatcam (battery) falling off magnetic mount

Hello - starting a new thread as this issue affected somebody who mounted their Nestcam to a flag pole. 

I have mine securely mounted to my building. On two occasions I’ve found my Nestcam on the floor. It typically happens when the battery is low. I’ve not seen the camera fall. Sadly the camera is damaged but still works. The camera mount is securely mounted to brick, is about 12ft off the ground overlooking my backyard. It fell twice onto concrete pathing. 

what are my options here. Happy to provide a photo of the setup for you to assess. It’s pretty disappointing.
