Hi, I used to have a Nest camera connected to one wifi signal in one apartment and I had/still have a Nest thermostat connected to a wifi signal in another apartment (20 miles away). A couple of years ago, I eliminated the Nest camera connection- not sure how other than it was intentional- and now I want to connect that camera in a new apartment. When I create a new location in the Home app and then try to connect the camera, Google says the camera is connected elsewhere and the previous person needs to remove the camera of their app. Well, the camera has always been mine and was working but now I have nothing in my Home app or Nest app that shows that original location the camera was associated with or the camera. So however, I deleted it a couple years I ago, I seem to have deleted all record of the camera or the original location so I am unable to remove the camera. Any idea how I can get the camera "freed" so I can reconnect it and get it working at a new location? Thanks.
