Need replacement mount

Hi, I need a replacement magnetic mount for my camera. I tried the chat and it was really unhelpful. I can't understand why it's so hard to get a replacement (even when I'm willing to pay) for an over $100 camera. It’s really kind of crazy that the only way to get through to someone (to a company owned by Google) is by starting threads. Then I have to hope someone respond and then hope I answer in time before the thread is closed. Hoping I can get some help this time! Thanks. @Brad

Unfortunately the parts market and parts availability for Nest cameras is basically non-existent. Only way to really source parts is through third party marketplaces such as eBay or Amazon. You’d likely need to purchase a used camera to get a given part. Very few options for this unfortunately.

As @Rubes stated, unfortunately parts are hard to get replaced. I would suggest that you search out other sites to sell you one. If you choose to speak with Support, you can do so, but I cannot guarantee you will be able to get a replacement part.
