Nest Battery Camera Keeps Dying

My nest camera battery keeps dying. I have to recharge it every week. Anyone have tips on how to make it last? Tempted to return the product because of this.

Yes, is there an option to improve battery life? I just got the camera a month ago, and I would like to stick with Nest, but a week battery life is not good enough.
