Need replacement wire connector for Nest "Battery" doorbell

  • Hi. wire broke on one strand of the wire connector for my wired "battery" Nest doorbell -- might have been a failed attempt to rip it down. In any case, rather than attempting an amateur splice, I'd like to buy a replacement wire connector. It looks as though others in Nest Community have stated a similar need, but I'm not finding a reply that directed prior needs to a source for purchase. Thanks for any help members can provide.

Google Nest--unlike its competitors--does not sell spare parts for its cameras and doorbells. However, customers who are within the 1-year warranty period seem to be able to get a replacement part for free by contacting Google Nest Support via this link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp?hl=en

Archie, I believe that for Community name, I may have entered Phil Ardery (failing to include the underscore). Was that a fatal mistake? I appreciate any advice on what to do next. Archie, on my re-submission, I'm sure that in the box for "Community Thread" I entered Cameras and Doorbell (Doorbell singular -- not Doorbells). I apologize for taking up others' time with my misfires. Should I fill out the form a third time, this time entering the correct thread name?
