My nest doorbell peeling off, contacted customer care. No solution offered, instead asked me to buy another one. Why such a slouch service for google products?

There have been well over 300 threads in this forum about people reporting this problem that got the same answer. I'm not sure why Google is taking this position especially when so many people have complained. Very sad statement about Google in my opinion. Google had $68B in revenue in the 2nd quarter of 2022 and this is how they choose to treat their loyal customers (me being one of them). again...Just my opinion.

Hey there,
Thank you for your patience! Unfortunately, we do not process Warranty/Replacement Requests in these Community Forums. I am sorry to hear that you were unable to get a replacement with Support! I know there are some third party silicone sleeves that you can purchase for your Nest Hello. Id suggest you check it out as it could help protect your Nest Hello from further damage.
P.S thank you for your help, @EmptyNester!
Best Regards,
Brad
