I need a replacement part for my Nest Cam Battery. I am unable to find one available for purchase anywhere and my camera is not functional as a result.

I am sorry to hear that you have a non-functional camera! Is your device still under warranty? If so, you will need to fill out this form here. If it is not covered by warranty, I am afraid that we cannot offer you a replacement.

I do not need a replacement for the camera, only the magnetic mount. I am unable to find a replacement mount available for purchase.

I am afraid that even if it is just the part you need, we may or may not have it in stock. If your device is out of warranty, we cannot replace anything. Either way, you need to converse with Support. We cannot issue replacements in the Nest Community Forums.
