Need to reset cameras, no longer have access to nest account

I am not able to reset an indoor camera and I don't have access to the account any longer.  The two form factor is tied to an old number and cannot reset the password for my account.  So, I have an indoor camera and an outdoor (neither are IQ) that I can't seem to reset.

I've been given this site to use for resetting, but it doesn't work with these cameras.  How else can we get these cameras into a new account?
