Need video recordings that were erased less then a month ago

Some videos recordings were erased less than a month ago and need them back

As best I remember if you have the Nest Aware Plus subscription then it keeps 24/7 footage for 10 days.  After that it only keeps the motion events for 60 days.     What exactly are you missing?

i am missing the whole recording of one day when people were walking around inside the house and coming in and out.

Hmmm.  Just to be clear, how long ago was that day you are talking about?  Are there recording showing up before that day going even further back?
