Nest Aware Trial Subscription

I signed up for the 30 day trail for Nest Aware using the Home App for my gen 2 wired.

I have confirmation of the subscription, but unable to setup Notifications and Alerts. Yes, I went through the settings, outlined a "zone", turned on Push notifications, but my Zone 1 notifications remain off.

In the Google Home app for your doorbell, did you go to Settings | Events | Seen events, and in your zone, turn on an event type (e.g., "People") and then turn on "Your notifications" for that event type?

I must 1st click on Camera, then Settings, then Events. 

I do see SEEN EVENTS, ZONE 1, but I am unable to Choose which events I want to be notified about in the zone. Perhaps my 30 day trail is not initiated?

Did you select ZONE 1? And once the zone isIMG_661D595ED620-1.jpeg selected, you should be able to turn on which events are to be recorded, and which ones you want to receive notifications for:

Yes I did, but do not see/have, able to get any selections. So I think what could have happened is that my Free Trial might have been associated with another account. If that's the case....how big a paddle do I need to go up the creek on this.....ugh

You don't need a subscription to get notifications.

If you go to your camera and go to Settings | Video | Video history, which option is selected?
