Nest Aware not working

Hello,

I have been paying for my Doorbell Nest Aware for ages for #. I have yet to be able to see my actual video footage.  When I go check the footage, says click here to set up and pay for Nest Aware.  Can you please help me?  All of this began when Nest was forced over to the Google Accounts instead of Nest.  

The 2 emails I have are # and # 

Please let me know, sometimes it appears as if I have 2 Nests on my thermostat so I am not certain this is related.  Please contact me via email.  Thank you!

Hello,  this is just a user forum.  Google will not respond here.    Of hand it sounds like you have 2 different Gmail accounts and your Nest Aware subscription is on a different account?    

The best way to get this straightened out is to speak with an actual google tech on the phone.  Here is a link that will help you get the phone call setup...

If you have multiple Google names. I've noticed that the Nest Aware only work on the account that you started it with.  So make sure that you're on the right account.

Also make sure that your Home app and Nest app is the same Home

You can also check your Nest Aware subscription on the link below; if you select your subscription, the next screen will show the name of the Google Nest "home/structure" to which the subscription applies.

You can also go to Settings | Nest Aware in either the Google Nest app or Google Home app to see what it says about your Nest Aware subscription for the Google Nest "home/structure" to which you are connected.
