I started a thread about my Nest Cam (Battery) sending unwanted notifications:

was going to lock the thread, and was asked not to.

Locked the entire thread after 24 hours because someone else who had the same problem did not reply.

I was the one who started the thread.

My problem has been escalated, and I can no longer reply to the other people with the same issue.

Please unlock the thread! The problem has not been solved!!!

Hi there,

We as Community Specialists have moderation duties that require us to manage the community, and part of that management is locking and closing thread with little to no interaction. As you are being assisted by support, the thread is closed. I can understand your frustration, but as support is investigating this further for you, the forum thread would be closed as it is no longer required. Thank you for your patience.

Best regards,

Brad
