Locked the entire thread after 24 hours because someone else who had the same problem did not reply.

I was the one who started the thread.

My problem has been escalated, and I can no longer reply to the other people with the same issue.

Please unlock the thread! The problem has not been solved!!!

We as Community Specialists have moderation duties that require us to manage the community, and part of that management is locking and closing thread with little to no interaction.
