Hi,
So I have installed a new doorbell and camera and immediately ran into the issue of no live video feed. All events are recorded and notifications sent to my devices without issue but live feed gives the error of “Live video unavailable,The camera may be unreachable or saving battery”.
It looks like it initially shows a blurry image but then gives the error. I have tried all troubleshooting steps I could find online and been on the phone to google this morning. Replace the cameras they are stating. Surely it’s just something people are missing? I see its a common fault.
Any help appreciated..

I'm just another Google Nest customer who keeps seeing these "Live video unavailable" reports. Here are two other reports where the customers solved the problem by removing and reinstalling the camera or doorbell with a different phone. I'm just passing this on for your information; I don't know whether it's a suitable solution for you. Other posts seem inconclusive.

And on this thread, Google Nest said 4 weeks ago: "Our teams are aware of this behavior and are investigating."

Just received my replacement units and the issue is still the same. It has to be something with the latest update for the devices.
How can we get this rectified !!
