Nest Battery Doorbell Can't Communicate with Google

Hello my brand new battery doorbell was disconnected today I followed all the steps in the troubleshooting.  Did a restart by the pin on back it never reconnected following on I did a factory reset.  Now when I try to re add it as a new device it gets just past the wifi connection page then i get an error that it cannot connect to Google and to try again later.  I tried numerous times same error please help

I got a similar problem but mine will not connect to wifi even though everything else in the house does.

Hi Carlo,  I don't know if this will help but a few users have reported that if they power down their other nest cameras so that they are not connected to the WIFI then the app will successfully let you add back the cameras.

Another thing that has worked for some people is to use a different phone (from another family member) and had it back that way. 

This is a well known problem that many people on this forum have reported.

I ended up going and getting the device swapped, appears to be a faulty unit very disappointed as it was not even used for twelve hours
