Nest Battery Doorbell

So, apparently even if you check for the doorbell being secure, a door closing can cause the doorbell to fall off. Now I know Google won't replace it due to it not being their fault but can I fix the camera lense? It's cracked without a proper view of any person or thing. Or is it just ruined now?
