I was in a hurry and did not research how to set up 2nd Gen camera's to a new wifi. I deleted my Home before removing the cameras. Now I can't set them up on the new Home. I get a message to remove them from the other Home that no longer exists. There must be a way to reset/reuse them.

You can use the physical reset button:
Restart or factory reset Nest camera or doorbell - Google Nest Help
