Nest Cam Battery to Nest IQ Outdoor Cam mount

I have the Nest IQ Outdoor camera since 2020 and still works great, but this model have been discontinued.

If I eventually have to replace this camera with the newer Nest Cam Battery version, is there some kind of adapter Google has to be able to reuse the Nest IQ Outdoor cam mounting plate already installed? I hate the idea of having to drill new holes just to install a new one.

While we don’t have any official adapters that can help you install the Nest Cam (battery) on an existing Nest IQ Outdoor wall plate, we appreciate people who want to share their thoughts with us.
