Nest Cam Battery won’t finish setting up

I have reset both my wifi and factory reset the nest cam battery as well as attempted 5 times to set up the nest cam. It keeps telling me that something went wrong and I need to factory reset. I have done that! 5 Times! And it still won’t finish installation!

I purchased a 3 pack of outdoor battery cams, and two work fine but the third will not set up. The something went wrong pops up and even after troubleshooting, still no resolution.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Could you tell us the exact error message you're getting when setting up your camera? How far are you cameras from the Wi-Fi router? Also, are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera?
