Nest Cam IQ Outdoor Connect to Nest Hub 2nd Gen

I have 4 Nest IQ Outdoor cameras that I would like to view on my Nest Hub (2nd gen) but the Hub is not able to find the cameras. Can anyone suggest how I can fix this so I can view the cameras?

Is your Nest Hub installed in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your cameras? In other words, if you log onto the Google Home app, can you see your cameras AND your Nest Hub in the same Google Nest "home/structure"? Are you logging onto the Google Nest app (using the "Sign in with Google" option) and the Google Home app with the same Google Account? If you started using the Google Nest app before Aug. 19, 2019, have you migrated your Nest Account to a Google Account (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9297676)?  (We migrated in 2020, and and can see all of our older cameras and doorbells on our Nest Hubs.)

Hub and cameras are on the same account, hub shows up on Home app but cameras don't. Cameras only show up on Nest app. I login to nest app using my Google account.

How did you get to this point? Did you start using the Google Nest app after Aug. 19, 2019 using a Google Account, and then added your Nest Hub to the Google Home app? Or did you start using the Google Nest app before Aug. 19, 2019 and then migrated from a Nest Account to a Google Account, started using the Google Account to sign on to the Google Nest app using "Sign in with Google", and then added your Nest Hub to the Google Home app?

Have you ever been able to see your cameras on your Nest Hub?  Or did they recently disappear?

Do you see the same Google Nest "home/structure" on the home screen in the Google Nest app and Google Home app?  Are you logging onto both apps with the same Google Account?

I purchased a home in June of this year that had multiple Nest Cam IQ Outdoor cameras installed. I factory reset the cameras and then attempted to add them to the Home App but was directed to the Nest App. I logged into the Nest App using my Google Account and added the cameras. I then purchased the Nest Hub (2nd gen) and attempted to add the cameras with out success.

That should have worked. Right after you installed your Google Nest Outdoor IQ Cameras, were you able to see them in the Google Home app? You should have.

Had you used the Google Nest app prior to installing the Google Nest Outdoor IQ Cameras? If so, was it prior to Aug. 19, 2019?

Do you see the same Google Nest "home/structure" on the home screen in the Google Nest app and the Google Home app? Are you logging onto both apps with the same Google Account?

One possibility is that you set your cameras up in one Google Nest "home/structure" and your Nest Hub in another, but I'm not sure that's the explanation, if you couldn't see your cameras in the Google Home app right after installing.

Another possibility is that you started using the Google Nest app prior to Aug. 19, 2019 and never migrated your Nest Account to a Google Account. See this Help topic: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9297676

In the Google Home app, can you switch to the Google Nest "home/structure" that contains your cameras? In the Google Home app, click on Favorites, click the name of the "home", and select the other "home" from the drop-down.

If you can see the other "home", then you can either move your cameras to the other "home" containing your Nest Hub (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9219307),

Or you can move your Nest Hub to the other "home" containing your cameras (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9155535?hl=en&sjid=12254955874778037077-NA#zippy=%2Cmov...).

If none of this works, I don't know what's going on. You could try contacting Support, using the link and instructions in this post:
