I have 2 Nest IQ outdoor cameras. They both quit working at the same time. The power supply is good and I have tried unplugging them (waiting 10-15 sec) then plug back in. I am a (Dish) subscriber and bought these cameras from Dish Network. They told me as long as my subscription to Dish is good, these cameras are guaranteed. Doesn’t matter how old they are. I have not tried to reset them yet. I understand that all info would be lost as far as the MAC address etc… so I took a screenshot of the information inside the Nest App. These cameras were too dang expensive to just last a couple of years. Needless to say I’m a bit irritated at the whole thing. Is there anything I can do if the reset does not work? I’ve read in other posts where the reset made no difference. Any suggestions?
P.S. A better email for me is #

Hey there,
Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
Best regards,
Brad
