Nest Cam Indoor getting hot, no lights

TFSD

My existing Nest Indoor Cam is not working.  No lights.  Not sure how to factory reset, but unplugging and re-plugging yields NO LIGHTS.  But it’s getting very hot.  This is the second of these cameras to have this happen.

(also a bit of confusion of what a Nest Indoor Cam is…so picture attached…)

Hi TFSD,

Oh no! Please unplug your camera from the power outlet and stop using it for your safety. Let’s further investigate this — could you fill out this form and let me know once you’re done?

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

JT
