The Google Nest Floodlight Camera, like all of Google Nest's new cameras and doorbells released starting in Sept. 2021, gets installed in the Google Home app.
If your "Google doorbell with camera" is the Google Nest Hello Doorbell that is installed in the Google Nest app, you should log into the Google Home app with the same Google Account you've been using to log into the Google Nest app and install the floodlight camera in the same Google Nest "home/structure" where your doorbell is located. (If by some chance you started using the Google Nest app before Aug. 19, 2019 and have not migrated from a Nest Account to a Google Account, you will have to do that first: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9297676?hl=en).
If your "Google doorbell with camera" is the Google Nest Doorbell (Battery) or the 2nd Gen Google Nest Doorbell, you should log into the Google Home app with the same Google Account you've been using and install the floodlight camera in the same Google Nest "home/structure" where your doorbell is located.
