I have 2 indoor Nest Cams. Notifications have suddenly stopped. Nothing has changed in my settings on my phone or my PC. Both cams are supposed to send push notifications AND email. Neither is being received.

My notifications on my phone have never worked since the cameras were installed in December 😞
Contact Google Nest Support and when the standard troubleshooting doesn't work, keep pushing back until they escalate it to the Senior team, then specialist team, then engineering team to actually work on a fix for the app

I definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I wanted to make sure that your concern was acknowledged. Have you gone through any troubleshooting steps so far? Are you sure you saved the preferences for notifications on the correct Home?
