Nest Cam service has been down since 1:13pm CST

My Nest Cams feeds are all down in the Chicago area since about 1:13pm CST.   WiFi and Network are fine.  Other Cams on other platforms are fine.  I can view recorded content prior to that.  This affects both iOS App and Web Browser.  Nest website took 30 minutes to send "verification email" to access my account when I first thought I had to reset cameras. Unable to reset cameras because of 30 minute 2-step verification lag on Nest end.  The email "expired" after 15 minutes so something is going on (or not going on) at Nest.
