Hi, I have one Nest Cam that keep showing offline. All other Nest Cams work fine so it’s not a wifi issue. I have restarted and connected to wifi successfully multiple times where I hear the ding that it successfully connected and it’s being added to my account. However the app is showing a gray screen and it being offline. I’ve tried all of the different trouble shooting ideas… unplug replug, restart modem and router, remove and re add the camera, etc. it used to work fine but suddenly stopped. All my other Cams are fine and working. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I'd like to ask how far is your Nest Camera from your router? Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near your Nest Camera? Keep us posted.

Thanks for the feedback. Somehow it suddenly started working again. Not sure why as I didn't make any changes. I just gave up and now it works.
