I recently installed my second Nest Cam with Floodlight.
The first one I installed worked great since installing about 6 months ago.
The second one worked for about 2 days before it stopped working correctly - no video recording for hours and I can't access the camera feed in the Home app. Then the light went on and wouldn't come off and was not showing in the Home app at all. I ended up doing a full factory reset a couple of days ago and that fixed it.
Then the next day, the original camera stopped working - same issue. I was able to get it functioning again with just a simple reset.
Now today the second one has yet again stopped working - no video for hours (even though there have should have been) and I can't see a live feed.
Why would these keep disconnecting like this? I have had Nest cameras for a few years now and these are new issues relating only to the ones with the floodlights.
Both cameras are hardwired, so it isn't a battery issue.
I really can't be resetting the camera every other day to have it work correctly.
Thoughts?

hi @ljdoglover,
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention and posting it in the community. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by your Nest Camera with Floodlights going offline multiple times.
We understand that the cameras are hardwired, and despite this, they continue to go offline and fail to record. We appreciate your efforts in troubleshooting the issue, including resetting and factory resetting the devices.
Before troubleshooting, I need to confirm some extra details.
Once I have this information, I can provide the right steps to get your cameras working.
Best regards,
Catheryn
