Nest Cam with Floodlight - worked when originally installed but now the floodlight will not adjust brightness at all. It is stuck on the lowest light output. Tried soft reset and factory reset, neither one worked. Tried cycling power to the camera, that did not work either. Are there any possible solutions to this, or is the floodlight defective?

Maybe try opening an official support ticket to get help from the Google techs as this is just a user forum website.

I'm not with google. I'm an end user like you. As best I can tell Google Employees don't appear here very often. So you will mostly only get replies from other users like us. Which is great but sometimes you can wait for days before you get answers. So I find it is help full to post here AND submit an official ticket to the folks at Google to kind of cover both bases.
