Nest Cam with Floodlight removed from app

Hi all,

I have the new Nest Cam with Floodlight installed (professionally so they could test the voltage on the line), however, the floodlight keeps getting removed from the app. Now I, as the account holder, don't get this alert, but my wife who is on the account does get a push notification.

This has happened more than once. One time it said I disconnected the device around 3am, when I was sleeping. Naturally I changed my account password, but this happened yesterday too.

The floodlight completely disappears from the app, meaning the camera doesn't turn on the floodlight when something is detected, which was the whole point of buying this.

Anyone else experience this? I'm wondering if there are updates being pushed silently that are messing up the device.

The Twitter support from y’all was much faster. I think it was a software issue as it’s fine as of now.
