Hello,
I have a floodlight camera that's been working well for about 2 years now. Recently in the app on my phone and my wife's iPhone we cannot see the live view. We get notifications for motion and it's recording video but we cannot see the live view. I can cut power to the cam for a time and live view will come back for a few days then it becomes unavailable again. Please advise if anything can be done.

We have had the same issues as your self there and really annoyed as se chose the Google name as a premium product that we could trust and have faith in, seemed I wasted my money and seriously considering getting a new camera but not a Google probuct.

Hello everyone,
I can honestly appreciate how annoying that must be. No worries, we'll check this out. Just a few questions: Have you tried reinstalling the Google Home App? Did you try doing a factory reset on the Google Home App? If not, here is a link on how to do a factory reset on the Nest Camera floodlight.
I look forward to your response.
Best,
Edmond

Edmond,
I have reset on my phone with no change. It's also happening on my wife's phone and home.google.com so safe to assume this is a problem with the camera, not the app.

Hi there,
@sublime167, thanks for the information. Did you try to factory reset your Nest Camera Floodlight and check if you still have the same issue?
Let me know if that helps,
Regards,
Edmond

Same here tried resetting the app and still no luck my problem with the factory reset is the height of my floodlight camera.
I am going to have to bring a contractor in with scaffolding and if I do that I might as well not bother with the factory reset and just buy a new camera but obviously not a Google product as my faith in your product is now very much in question.
