Nest Cam with floodlight (wired) camera not working. Trying to connect but nothing

So camera in 2 days. Day 1 perfect. Last night could not view live video, just keeps trying to connect and buffering...

My light switch for its power is on, so its not a power thing.

Is there a trick to this or is there a detailed manual with troubleshooting. If I have to factory reset this, how do i do it?

This is supposed to be easy not difficult.

And now it can connect intermittently before buffering and then saying 'camera unavailable', Live video unavailable'

And the floodlight lights in the day now even though its set in the google app to 'Darker' mode

Sorry to hear about that and for the delay. Let's get this sorted out.

 

A few questions — how far is the Nest Cam with floodlight from the router? Are there any devices that might interfere with it's internet connection? Is this happening on multiple Nest Cameras?

 

In the meantime, I would recommend  checking this article on how to Troubleshoot offline Nest camera or doorbell to general steps.
