I can not add new device.

I can not add the 9th camera to my Google home. Error message "something went wrong" I cannot add this device

Hi there,

 

Sorry to hear about your experience in installing your Nest Camera. Let's get this sorted out. A few questions:

  1. What type of Nest Camera are you using?
  2. What is the color of the LED lights during setup?
  3. How far is it from the router?
