Hello,
This question has been asked numerous times but there never seems to be a posted answer or resolution.
Same phone, same app, same login information. For some reason, my nest app notifications don't show the camera previews anymore. I use to be able to click on the downward arrow to the right of "Person Front Door" notifications, but I don't have that feature anymore. I have tried to go into the app setting and my system (android) setting, but I don't see an option of allowing previews for the camera. It is a hassle to have to open the app, and go to the camera tab to see who is at my front door. Please help me resolve this issue!
The image shows the app notification without the preview.

Hey AJ4AF,
I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. When did it start happening? Did you make any changes to your Nest camera? Also, do you have an active Nest Aware subscription?
Thanks,
Archie

My nest wired doorbell isn't working with my Samsung Galaxy S22 phone. I even replaced the doorbell. I see and hear activity but when someone rings my doorbell, it's echoey, static and garbled

Do you use a smart speaker or display to announce your doorbell being rung? Or do the alerts still come to your mobile phone? Have you verified if this is specific to your phone/device? Have you tried a different phone that isn't your own to test this process?
Best regards,
Brad

Notifications come to my phone and another phone inside the house. After both phones underwent software updates, the camera priver no longer appears. The issue is not specific to my phone alone. No smart speaker or display to announce the doorbell, person on the camera, etc.

Are you logged into the same account on your phone? If so, do you still see all of your devices? Have you tried to go through all the restart or reset options with your phones, and cameras? Please let me know.
Best regards,
Brad

No Google STILL has not helped me. The doorbell is simply not working as it should. I have silence from Google on this. They said I should be getting a refund but still nothing. This has been going on for months now. I'm no longer proud to say I'm a Google customer.

I can understand your frustrations waiting for your refund. I wish I could assist you with this, but we simply do not have the access to do so here in the forum. Have you attempted to reach back out to support in regard to your refund status? If not, I would suggest doing so. You can also fill out this form, and support will reach out to you. Please provide any case numbers you may have when filling out the form, or contacting support directly.
Best regards,
Brad
