I need to understand what the threshold for motion is on the camera, It's not detecting any vehicles pulling into my driveway. This isn't a connectivity issue. It's mounted above my garage and gets plenty of wireless signal. I've tried rebooting the device, I've tried adding the device back into the home app. I constantly get the same results. I've swapped a camera from a different part of the house into this camera's location and I get the same results.
It will not detect and then record anything happening in our driveway.
Yes, I have alerts turned on. Yes I have the sensitivity turned all the way up. Yes I am asking it to alert me to vehicles, people, animals, and sound. I've factory reset the camera. Still no notifications. a UPS truck pulled into my driveway and unloaded packages and I didn't get one notification. The camera was about 10 feet away.
Any help would be appreciated. What else do I need to do to get the camera to locate and notify me of large cargo vehicles pulling into my driveway for 4-5 minutes and unloading packages? What magical option am I missing?
