I have a nest camera of an employee who is not longer with the company. We don’t know their username, email or password and have no contact with him. Is there a way to remove the nest camera from their account or is there a way to add it on to a new account without removing it from their account? Thank you for the help. Camera cannot be returned.

You could try doing a factory reset on your Nest Cam IQ Camera by pressing the reset button with a paperclip unlit the light ring starts spinning blue:
Then you could try installing the camera in the Google Nest app:
If that doesn't work, Google Nest Community Specialists in this forum have sometimes suggested unplugging the camera for a full 48 hours to force a factory reset. That seems to work for some customers.
