Nest Camera has new wifi now cannot connect with home app

I bought a new nest wifi and a battery camera, but now the camera cannot reconnect after I installed it before the nest wifi. I did a factory reset and it still cannot find the camera to connect again. How do I find a local installer or help?

Sorry for my late response here and for the issue you're having with your device. That sounds like a bit of a headache. I do have a few questions for you that might help us get to the bottom of this quickly.

  • Is everything working correctly with your Nest WiFi network?
  • Are there any other devices that are failing to connect to the network?
  • Are you seeing any error messages when trying to connect the camera?
