Nest Camera keep alerting me of people outside of a zone

I keep getting alerts of people outside the zone that I created in my nest camera.
The alerts of outside people are off and I don't know what to do.

A few questions: what type of Nest cameras do you have? Do you have an iOS or Android device? Does the issue occur on multiple mobile devices or cameras? Also, are you using the Google Home or the Nest app?

Let’s try the steps below:

1. Toggle the notifications outside the Activity Zone On and Off.
2. Adjust the edges of the zone to create a smaller one.
3. Remove the Activity Zone and create a new one.

I had to reduce the edges of the zone because the camera is catching movements outside of it.
