Hello,
Had my wired nest camera all set up. After a month it disappeared from my google home app.
So I attempted to factory reset it however the blue light to link to my wifi does not come on.
I also tried to re add the device with the QR code and get the try moving closer to your nest cam. I left my cellphone beside the camera, I also attempted to have the camera & cellphone right beside the modem (after I restarted that) and still cannot connect / find the device.
Please help, I just want to keep an eye on my pets while I'm out of the house.

Perhaps you should try contacting Support, starting with the link below. Google Nest devices should NOT simply disappear from the Google Home app or the Google Nest app.
When you get to the "Resources" page, just click on "Next step" without selecting any of the Help topics, to get to the page with contact options (chat or phone).

I have a Google Floodlight camera. I just changed my wifi service in the house and made the new modem with same username and password. I added a Google Mesh router system. Cameras all hooked back up except the floodlight camera. All Google speakers had to be reinstalled. All non Google products automatically hooked back up with no issue. The Google Floodlight Camera will not hook back up to the Google router. Any ideas??

Hello everyone,
@Millertime, I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you. Let me help you out. Just a few questions: What is the LED light on your Nest Cam Floodlight? Have you tried doing a factory reset? Check out this link on how to Restart or factory reset a Nest camera or doorbell.
