Nest Camera offline

my NEST outdoor camera have gone off line.

Internet and electrical cables are working fine.

will not reconnect.

any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out! Let check this out — a few questions: 

 

  1. When did the issue start?
  2. What's the status light of your camera?
  3. How far is your camera from the router?

Give these steps a try:

 

  • Restart your camera, unplug it from the power source. Wait for 10 seconds, then reconnect.
  • Restart your router, unplug the router from the power source. Wait for 1 to 2 minutes, then reconnect.
