Partial Video history erased

Not really a streaming issue, but thats the closest. I have nest aware, I can sit and watch an event that just recorded, I'll see it in my event history, but when I go back later or the next day it's gone. And if I look at any previous day, the events only go back to around noon. I have no time settings turned on, and the events are recording because I can watch them after the fact. Yesterday I was able to refresh the Google home app and it suddenly showed every event from midnight to midnight but 10 minutes later, they were gone again and the first event it would show me was around 11:30am. I need a fix asap, someone has been keying my car and my fiancée's car sometime between midnight and 3am

Hi Kaida722,  I'm an end user like you.  It sounds like you might have the filters turned on that only show you certain things.  like PEOPLE only.  You can change these setting in the app.

If that isn't the problem then you should probably contact Nest Support and talk to a real next tech.  Here is the link to start the process:

Once you find out what the problem was please return here and let us know.  There is a good chance other people are running into this and would like to fix it as well.
