I have been having trouble being able to see the video history for my nest camera. I use the Nest app on iOS. I click on the history but it won’t play like it used too. Just shows me still shots. Please help.

I have been having the same issue for the last few days, but not only on nest app it is also happening on the Google home app. Viewing using Google pixel phone.
I truly hope this gets fixed and that we don't receive the typical canned response from a chat bot like the most common customer support scenarios seem to be handled.

Is your Nest Aware subscription still active? Without a subscription, you only get still shots for events in the most recent 3 hours.
