I was recently trying to replace Nest Cameras at my vacation home and inadverently deleted my home account. Is there any way to recover or do I need to reset up the cameras? Also, while adding the new cameras, the app directed me to Google Home and now I can't see the new ones on the Nest App, only Google Home...

Deleting the home structure in the Nest app will have removed any devices in that home from the app. You'll need to setup those cameras again to re-add them back to the app.
For your new cameras, if you were directed to the Home app, those will be a newer model designed for and setup exclusively with the Home app, you can't add them to the Nest app.
