Nest Cams Stutter Every 5 Seconds

4 Nest Cam Indoor/Outdoor cameras mounted for a year now.

They work great, but they all stutter every 5 seconds for about 1 second, then catch back up with a sped-up feed of what happened during that 1-second stutter.

It happens to all 4 cameras, on Android and Web Browser feeds, before and after joining Google Home's public preview. I figured since it has been an issue for a year now, I'd reach out to the community to see if anyone else is experiencing this.

Thanks for bringing this up to me, I'd love to take a look into this for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This might be helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
